    But...

That doesn't mean you should limit your marketing strategies to offline tactics exclusively.

You know you need a website to market your real estate company.

You're just starting to market real estate online with a website.

Most likely, you don’t know where to begin.

There are many choices and low-end platforms available that it can be difficult to know what you need.real estate investor websites.

    Let's get started.

Which type of real estate investor website should you choose?
There are many options on the Internet to set up a website.

It is possible to have it

    Created from scratch?
Oder, you can use a service
All of these are excellent options. It all depends on your goals and your budget.

Option 1: Real Estate Investor Website Templates
There are many ways to define a template. At Carrot, a "real estate investor website template" is basically where you buy the website and choose from one of several of our templates. You can then customize the website by adding images, videos and sales copy.

You may be concerned that you will look exactly the same as everyone else. This is not true. You can get all the benefits from conversion optimization with minor customizations such as color changes and logo changes.

These templates are perfect for real estate investors because you can still customize the website, but the back-end design has already been done.

Templates are often included with hosting accounts. My first website for my real estate company was created from a template provided by our host company.

You can now find templates and WordPress themes that will give your website a professional look. These themes and templates can be purchased starting at a few hundred dollars (free is relative... I'll share my thoughts below).

Templates can give you a jumpstart. However, most templates are not ready for use. You will need to build your site from scratch, including the structure and content.

These are ideal for those who don't have much (less than $20) to invest in their website and have more time than money.Basic Search engine optimization).

A template is when you purchase the website files and place them on your server. From there, you are responsible for all aspects of the site.

Here are the pros and con's of buying a website template that is nota template.

    Pros

Cheap. As far as out-of-pocket expenses go, you can easily get into a template for real estate investing websites. Usually, it is less than $100
Technical people are you?If you are willing to spend the time to learn how to build websites, this is a great place for you to start.
    Cons

Once you've purchased a template or WordPress theme, you need to spend time building the site, structuring it, and hiring a web/graphics guy to help you. Then, you must maintain your site and files every month to keep it up-to-date, secure, and safe from hackers.
Low cost doesn't necessarily mean cheap. When we start a new project, we ask ourselves the following questions: "How much is this going to cost?" How much effort and time will it take to get it there? Too many people focus only on the money and neglect to value their time. These templates can often cost you much more than hiring it out, or paying a service to do it for you.
It's not just how it looks that makes a website effective for real estate investing. The most important thing is the structure of the site, the words used, and the strategy behind optimizing it for search engines. While many templates are beautiful, they don't always deliver when it comes down to results.
